the spa facilities are comprehensive i particularly enjoyed the pools. the gym has modern equipment and a variety of machines i appreciated the access to quality fitness amenities.
i found the policy regarding textile-free swimming a little unexpected. it was not clearly communicated and took some getting used to for me.

the hotel is in a calm area not far from the outer alster lake it is a short walk west to the lake shore buses run directly outside the hotel into the city center.

the staff was supportive they assisted with my inquiries despite my limited german the housekeeping staff kept the rooms lovely and were very kind

Gym boasts many equipment. Pools feature proper lane markings, I appreciate that. Bus and train routes near make exploring simple for me. Staff provided helpful support, even though my German skills are limited.
Hotel rooms do have carpet, I see some dust.
